Almeida's Kino Unit is the band that played the live soundtrack during the screening of the silent film Faust. The soundtrack was specifically composed for this event with the goal to bring the audience into the space of the movie. The band is composed by six musicians: Daniele Martini (Saxes), Rutger Zuydervelt (electronics), Lukas Simonis (guitar), Gonçalo Almeida (doublebass), Friso van Wijck and Philipp Ernsting (drums and percussions).
